It was our first time buying a multi-family investment property, and we were nervous.  Matoya was very patient with us. She sent us regular listings of properties that met our search criteria.  After we reviewed the information and selected which properties we wanted to take a look at, she charted a course for us to view several properties in 1 day.  We went out several times over many months and finally found a property that we wanted to make an offer on. Again, Matoya was very patient with us and accommodated our requests to see the property several times before we submitted the offer. The 2nd time we brought a contractor to do a visual inspection of the work needed to fix up the property.  Even after the transaction was complete, she continued to follow up with us to check on the progress and see if we needed anything.  I have heard stories from other real estate investors how some realtors pressure investor into purchasing something so they can get the sale.  We didn’t feel pressured at all. Matoya wanted us to find the property that we felt comfortable in purchasing.
